Pure Digital Technologies, Inc. warrants the Flip Video Camcorder against defects in material or workmanship for a period of 90 days from the date of purchase. In the unlikely event that your camcorder develops a problem, please follow the procedures outlined below:
If your camcorder develops a problem within the 90 day warranty period:
Please send an email to inquiry@puredigitalinc.com indicating "Flip return request" on the subject line, with the following information:- Name
- Return Shipping Address (Street, City, State, and Zip Code)
- Phone Number
- Email Address
- Camcorder FCC ID and Model Number
- Place of Purchase
- Price Paid
- Date of Purchase
If your camcorder develops a problem outside of the 90 day warranty period:
Although product repair and service are not available, you may still have the option to request recovery of any videos that are stored on your problem camcorder. Please send your camcorder to:Pure Digital Video Recovery Department
